Terms and Conditions
Phone orders: We like 'em! If ordering for a Buell motorcycle, please specify if your bike has any other Banke parts or non-standard accessories.

Mail or FAX orders: Please provide the following:
• Your name, address and phone number printed clearly.
• What you want to order and how many
• Year and model of the bike for which you are ordering
• Method of payment: MasterCard, VISA or Discover Card accepted
• International money orders accepted
• Shipping and handling additional to all prices shown

Domestic orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and usually arrive in 2 or 3 days.

International orders also ship via U.S. Postal Service (airmail), and generally take a three to ten days

Back orders: If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder for up to two weeks. If the back order cannot be filled in that time, the order must be re-placed or customer must call back for order status.

Method of payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal checks.

Spare parts are available for all Banke-made products. Call for pricing

Dealer inquiries welcomed. Please call for dealer application.

Return policy: If you change your mind about a part and wish to return it for any reason, you may do so within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. After 10 days, there will be a 15% restocking charge. In either case, the part must be in a condition suitable for resale, and never been installed.
All returns must have the prior consent of Banke Performance & Engineering. Returned merchandise must include a copy of invoice on which the product was sold. Authorized returns will be handled by refund check, repair, or replacement of merchandise as agreed upon by Banke Performance and the customer. All discrepancies and/or shortages must be reported within 10 days of our invoice shipping date. All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No prior authorized returns are accepted after 30 days from invoice date. Returned parts must be suitable for resale and never been installed.
